The best melting cheese in the Heber Valley Artisan Cheese family, Queso Fresco is the base cheese of our national award winning Queso Fresco Verde. The plain version features some nice bright, yet subtle, fruity notes. Try this cheese melted into anything or as a smooth sandwich cheese.
