10 individual 1 lb. pkg. of bulk Chorizo made with only pastured pork, salt, vinegar, and spices! Our Chorizo sausage is a spicy Mexican Chorizo. It has a Medium heat and amazing flavor. Our pork gives the crumbled chorizo the perfect texture.

Our chorizo must be fully cooked before eating. It can be used in tacos, tortas, and is often served at breakfast with scrambled eggs in Mexico.
