Beef Share includes: 30 lbs of Grass Fed Beef of assorted cuts that may include steaks (Rib, T-Bone, Round, and Sirloin), roasts, ground beef, stew meat, and/or ribs. All beef is dry aged to perfection and cuts come packaged in portions small enough for two people.

Our Pork Share includes: 30 lbs of Berkshire Pork of assorted cuts that may include chops, bacon, ground pork, ribs, and/or ham/ham steaks. Cuts come packaged in portions small enough for two people.
30 Beef/Pork CSA share $195
Combo Share includes: 15 lbs of Berkshire Pork of assorted cuts of chops, roasts, bacon, ground pork, ribs, and ham & 15 lb. of Age dried grass fed beef of assorted cuts; roast, steaks, ground and other.
