We have new products for a limited time only. We have round steak, chuck roast, stew meat and beef heart available on the site, limited quantities! The next drop is just over a month away on April 3rd! Wow how time flies! We have plenty of grass-fed lamb, grass-fed beef, and and pastured Berkshire pork available. The animals go to the butcher in just 2 weeks so now is the time to get your deposit in to hold your quarter, half or whole animals. 30 lb. CSA shares are the perfect choice for a single person household or those with only a small freezer.

The weather is beginning to warm up and before we know it we will all be enjoying backyard barbecues. But for now the weather is perfect for both grilling and roasting meat. We've been making a lot of chicken bone broth this winter but with the weather warming we are looking forward to salads and grilled meat. Easter and Mother's Day will be happening after this next drop so you can order grass-fed lamb or steaks or whatever you like for you families Easter meal.

Christiansen Farm is hosting a farm day on May 16th. We will be going and would love for any and all to join us. The ranch is located in Fairfield Utah. Lehi Utah is very close by and has many nice hotels. This could be a day trip from Las Vegas or would make a wonderful over night trip. The ranch has planned many activities, come and see where and how the animals are raised.
