LET FREEDOM RING!!!
The 4th of July is almost here and a great way to celebrate our #FREEDOM is to grill with friends and family. Want to be the talk of the party? Try out one of our ideas below! Some great grilling ideas!
=============================================
Smoked Tri-Tip
If you are looking for a cheaper option for feeding the crowed, the tri-tip is the way to go! A tri-tip needs a good amount of time to marinate for the seasonings to penetrate the meat and help to break down that muscle. Once marinaded throw on a good rub and be ready for crowd pleaser!
TRI-TIP Marinade
*let marinade for at least 4 hours*
2 teaspoons salt 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper 2 teaspoons garlic powder 1 ½ teaspoons paprika 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon dried rosemary ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 (2 1/2 pound) beef tri-tip roast ⅓ cup red wine vinegar ⅓ cup vegetable oil 4 cloves crushed garlic ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
THROW ON THE GRILL AND/OR THE SMOKER AND ENJOY!
