  1. Brown sausage in large frying pan until almost done. Add onions, celery, red pepper to sausage, continue to cook until onions are transparent and sausage is done. Add mushrooms, apple, cranberries, butter and pecans to sausage, cook on low for 4 minutes longer. Remove from heat.
  2. Put cornbread stuffing in a large bowl, add turkey bone broth, poultry seasoning and sausage mixture, stir to combine evenly just until all liquid in absorbed into cornbread.
  3. Butter a large casserole dish, sides and bottom. Empty dressing into the dish and bake for 30-45 minutes until top in crunchy and dish is evenly hot. Serve with turkey gravy yum!
