  1. Mix 2 Tbsp. oil, vinegar, minced garlic and 1/2 tsp. each of salt and pepper in a bowl. Place steaks into a glass dish and pour mixture over steaks to coat then let marinade for 30 min. Meanwhile wash and half red potatoes. Place in boiling water and boil until done. Drain and mash with milk, crumbled Gorgonzola cheese and melted butter. Add salt and pepper to taste
  2. Heat grill to hot. Place steaks onto grill and grill until done about 7 min on each side. While steaks are grilling heat 2 Tbsp. of olive oil in a saute' pan and add sliced garlic, onion and both peppers sear about 5 min. Add beef bone broth and continue simmering until liquid is slightly thickens and vegetables are tender. Let rest 5 min. then slice across the grain thinly.
  3. Plate a cup of mashed red potatoes onto each plate add slices of steak and top with sliced vegetables and pan juices. Serve with a nice green salad. Yum!
