  1. Mix olive oil, orange juice, garlic and paprika together in a gallon size baggie. Add defrosted lamb ribs and marinate for 30 min or longer.
  2. Heat grill to moderately high heat. Remove ribs from marinade and place onto grill. Grill turning flipping over every 2 min. for 8 min. total. Brush with Smokey Barbecue sauce and grill 2 min. Flip over brush other side with Smokey Barbecue sauce and gill 2 more min. Remove from grill, allow to cool for 4 min while tented with foil. Cut ribs into serving size portions (2-3 ribs ea. if serving as a main course, individual ribs if serving as appetizer)
