We are putting together another pork order from Christiansen’s Farm. The farm is located in Vernon, Utah. They sell pastured pork, beef and chicken. Usually it has to be shipped and there are shipping costs involved but because we had a good order last time they are willing to drive it all the way down to us, yeah!!

- 1 lb of Mild Italian Sausage (bulk) $5
- 1 lb of German Bratwursts $6.50
- 1 lb of Jalapeno w/Monterrey Jack cheese Bratwursts $6.50
- 1 lb of Sundried Tomato w/Basil Bratwursts $6.50
- 5 lbs of Grass Fed Beef Marrow Bones $15
- 5 lbs of Grass Fed Beef Soup/Knuckle Bones $10
- 4 lb Farm Fresh Lard (Rendered) $12
All pork products are from 100% Berkshires pigs
All beef products are from 100% grass fed beef


Ordering:

The best thing to do if ordering pork is to visit their website at www.christiansenfarm.com and read the information on their farm and the products they offer.

After you have searched the site and determined what you want click on the “order” button and place your order here on this site. I will email you back with your total owed.

We need to have a good estimate by April 1st of how many pork will be ordered!! So get your orders in as soon as you can!!

 

 

Payment:

Please make payments by paypal, send to vegasfoodcoop@gmail.com, click on the “personal” tab then “payment owed”.  All payments will be due April 21st, deposits for whole and half pigs will be due April 8th. I will receive your total owed, on whole and half  pigs, the following week  after they see the butcher, I will send you with an email with the balance after the hanging weight is determined.

 

 

Delivery:
The order will be delivered April 26th in the evening around 5:30pm or 6:30pm.
