This beef is coming from Bar 10 Beef located in Utah, their website is www.bar10beef.com, they raise 100% grass fed and finished beef. The next orders and payments will be due by Sunday, May 26th with delivery being on Thursday, May 30th at 11am and 12pm.

1/12 is equal to:
4 Tenderloin Steaks or 2 New York Strip Steaks , 2 Ribeye Steaks, 2 Top Sirloin Steaks, 12 lbs. of Ground Steak, 2 lbs. of Patties, 10 lbs. of Roasts, 1 package of Short Ribs, 2 lbs. of Kabob, Stew or Cube Steak, depending on availability.Approx. 33 lbs. of Beef.
1/6 is equal to double of the above
1/4 is equal to:
1.5 – 2 lbs. of Tenderloin, 4 lbs. of Ribeyes, 3.5 – 4 lbs. of New York Strips or T-Bones, 3.5 – 4 lbs. of Top Sirloin Steaks, 35 lbs. of Ground Steak, 5 lbs. of Ground Steak Patties, 30 – 32 lbs. of Roast, 6 – 7 lbs. of Short Ribs, 2-2.5 lbs. of Soup Bone, 5 lbs. of Kabob, Stew or Cube Steak, depending on availability(all weights are approximate). Approx. 100 lbs of Beef.
1/2 is equal to:
3-3.5 lbs of Tenderloin, 8 lbs. of Ribeyes, 7 lbs. of New Yorks or T-Bones, 7 lbs. of Top Sirloins, 1.5 lbs. of Flank Steak, 70 lbs. of Ground Steak, 10 lbs. of Ground Steak Patties, 62 lbs. of Roasts, 12 lbs. of Short Ribs, 10 lbs of Soup Bones, 10 lbs. of Kabob, Stew, or Cube Steak, depending on availability(all weights are approximate). Approx. 200 lbs. of Beef.
1 whole Beef is equal to:
6-7 lbs of Tenderloin, 16 lbs of Ribeyes, 14 lbs of New Yorks or T-Bones/Porterhouse, 14 lbs of Top Sirloins, 3 lbs of Flank Steak, 140 lbs. of Ground Steak, 20 lbs. of Ground Steak Patties, 130 lbs. of Roasts, 26 lbs. of Short Ribs, 10 lbs of Soup Bone, 20 lbs of Kabob, Stew, or Cube Steak, depending on availability (all weights are approximate). Approx. 400 lbs. of Beef.
We can order in these large quantities so be sure to share with your friends if you feel like the smallest package is still to much!! It is all individually wrapped so splitting is made rather easy…and no one can beat the pricing!!
How To Order:
Go to the order tab above and fill in the information. Please indicate what package you would like to order and what location you would like to pick up at. I will email your total, if paying paypal please send it to vegasfoodcoop@gmail.com (remember to hit the ” I want to send money to family or friends” bubble) and if paying with cash please bring exact change when you pick up and pay Bar 10 directly.
Where To Pickup:
May 30th is pickup.
The 1/12, 1/6, and 1/4 orders all come packed in boxes with insulation, so there is no need to bring a cooler. If you ordered one of the “other packages” it may come in bags. The beef is frozen so you will not need a cooler if you are going straight home.

Is there a delivery charge for th beef?
Nope, there is no charge for delivery and we receive an almost $30 discount for buying as a Co-op.
Would love to have a pickup in Henderson!

february was my first pick up and also my first time even trying grass fed/finished. I was blown away at how tender and flavorful it was. The ground beef cooks so well, the new yorks were better than anything i’d ever had in a restaurant. I HIGHLY recommend bar 10 to everyone i know now. You also can’t beat the price, especially for living in vegas.
